We have known Master Wilson for just over 2 years. He has made a huge impact on our son's life. Devin is one of the youngest students at the Korean Soo Bahk Do studio in Glendora, Ca to receive a Dan, at age 10. It was Master Wilson who took the time to come down to Glendora on Sunday afternoons, after church. He would train with and instruct my son. Not only did Devin receive excellent intructions, he also received exceptional insight on how Soo Bahk Do relates in life, school, and sports. As a result of Master Wilson's training and the training of the instructors at Glendora Soo Bahk Do, Devin is a well mannered young man, an "A" student, and an exceptional athlete. Thank you Master Michael Wilson for being an important part of our son's life! - Earl and Zebbra Rodgers
My story is long but I'm gonna make this short and sweet. I trained with Master Wilson for about ten years. He has been a huge impact on my life in every way. He taught me some of the most important life lessons including; defending myself, self confidence, self control, self worth, and most of all respect. Mt. Wilson not only taught me how to run a karate business, but actually got me several jobs teaching martial arts. He helped me reach the national level in fighting, forms, and weapons. At every tournament, everyone knows and respects the funny man, Mr. Wilson! I have recently been in a situation where I have had to defend my honor and my life. If it were not for the skillful training of Mr. Wilson, I may not be here today. He taught me to defend myself in all types of situations and for that I owe him more than he will ever know. - Jennifer Smith
We have known Michael for a long time. He is awesome and full of knowledge. For me personally, (James) he was my instructor up in Detroit, Michigan and helped me to achieve goals that I had set for myself and then some. He taught our class with great enthusiasm and positive reinforcements. He believed in each one of us, and taught us to believe in ourselves and that we can accomplish anything through our Lord, Jesus Christ. My wife, Julie, has known him through open tournaments when she was competing as a young adult. She just recently tested for her third black belt in Tang Soo Do and he helped her to be able to break a slab of concrete. She was afraid at first, but after it actually broke right under her foot, she was shocked that she actually did it. He brings such a light to people and those around him, its hard not too love him. I have taken his advice and teachings to start my own karate school and teach with just as much enthusiasm and positive thinking as he has. He is in a word, phenomenal! We love you, Michael. - James and Julie Boulton
